What is the expected delivery time?
For orders less than 300 sets, the delivery time is approximately 30-45 days after receiving the deposit and confirming production drawings. For larger orders exceeding 300 sets, the lead time is 45-60 days.
Can you provide customized furniture solutions?
Yes, we specialize in customized furniture based on your specific interior designs, drawings, and dimensions. Materials, fabrics, and colors can all be adjusted to meet your requirements.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Generally, our MOQ is 20 sets. However, ordering in larger quantities provides better cost-efficiency for customized furniture projects.
What are the available payment terms?
We accept two main types of payment: 1) L/C at sight, and 2) T/T with a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% balance paid before shipment.
How is product quality guaranteed?
We have a strict management process. We produce a sample piece for approval before bulk production. Each step of manufacturing has dedicated QC inspectors, and a final 100% inspection is conducted before packaging.
What happens if the furniture arrives damaged?
We use high-quality packaging to ensure safe shipping. If any damage occurs, please provide photos and quantities of the affected items, and we will reproduce them for you free of charge.
