Less than 300 sets of bedroom furniture take about 30-45 days after receiving the 30% deposit and confirming drawings/colors. For more than 300 sets, the delivery time is 45-60 days.
2. Can you make customized furniture?
Yes, we can customize furniture according to your interior design, drawings, and dimensions. Materials, fabrics, and colors can be adjusted as per your requests.
3. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Generally, the MOQ is 20 sets. Larger quantities offer more competitive pricing for customized furniture.
4. What are the payment terms?
We accept two types: 1. L/C at sight; 2. T/T with a 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
5. How do you guarantee product quality?
We have a strict management process: we produce a sample before bulk production, perform QC checks at every production step, and conduct a 100% inspection before packaging.
6. How can I track my order progress?
Each order is followed by dedicated staff who provide weekly working reports so you can stay informed about the production status.
