What is the lead time for production?
The lead time is usually 25-35 days after receiving the deposit, or 15 days for some in-stock products.
How do you control product quality?
Our QC team inspects raw materials, production processes, and packaging, providing real-time photos and video records for customer confirmation.
Can I order samples and are fees refundable?
Yes, sample orders are available. Sample fees are required but will be deducted from the bulk order or returned later.
What are your payment terms?
Typically, a 30% deposit via T/T is required, with the 70% balance paid against the copy of the B/L.
