We provide full customization for sheet metal fabrication, including laser cutting, bending, and specialized welding processes.
Production Process: Precision laser cutting → CNC bending → Structural welding → Punching → Surface refinement → Component riveting.
Durability Assurance: Every frame undergoes a 100% pre-shipment inspection. We perform a 24-hour static load test up to 1500kg and jump impact tests to ensure zero squeaking and no deformation.
With over 18 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and 8 years specializing in Murphy and Storage beds, our facility covers 10,000M2. We currently export approximately 40 containers per month to global markets including Europe and North America.
Our beds are flat-packed to strict export standards using EPE foam, thickened corrugated cartons, and reinforced corner protectors to minimize volume and shipping costs.
