1. Where is your factory located and how can I visit?
Our factory is located in Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China, conveniently situated near Guangzhou and Shenzhen. We are 50km from Guangzhou port and 91km from Shenzhen port. We can assist with hotel bookings and arrange transportation to pick you up.
2. What is your MOQ and can I order samples?
Yes, sample orders are acceptable. Small MOQ orders are based on EXW terms, while 20GP and 40HQ orders accept FOB and CIF terms.
3. How is product quality controlled?
Quality is our top priority. Our QC team inspects raw materials, production processes, and packaging, providing real-time photos and video records for customer confirmation before shipping.
4. Can you help with LCL shipments for other products?
Absolutely. Our warehouse and dedicated shipping department specialize in providing consolidated shipping and transportation services for customers with multiple suppliers in China.
5. Do you offer customization for the wooden wardrobes?
Yes, we specialize in customized wooden furniture. We can adjust dimensions, materials, and finishes according to your specific bedroom design requirements.
6. What is your annual production capacity?
Our facility currently has a production capacity of approximately 10,000 units per year, ensuring timely delivery for both small and bulk orders.
