Normally, the MOQ is a 40HQ container. It is acceptable to mix loading with 2-3 models in one container. The MOQ for each specific model is 10-20 sets. Smaller quantities may be accepted but will increase production costs and unit pricing.

Delivery time depends on your specific order quantity. Under normal production schedules, the lead time is approximately 35 working days.
Q3: What is the warranty policy for these products?
Rattan items are guaranteed for at least 3 years, and specific Textilene items come with a 2-year warranty. Warranty coverage varies based on the environment and individual usage; it does not cover damage from improper application or abusive usage.
Q4: Can the cushions be left outside during rain?
In light rain, cushions can remain outside. However, for heavy rain, we recommend storing them. Quick Dry Foam (QDF) cushions typically dry within half an hour after rain. High-density foam cushions should be cleaned and air-dried before storage.
