Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) for pallets is an automated system that efficiently stores and retrieves goods, replacing manual warehousing tasks. The storage and retrieval machine (SRM) operates as a crane that moves vertically within a single aisle. It is computer-controlled systems with extreme accuracy operating in very narrow aisles.
Because of the narrow aisles in an automated storage system, an aisle can be reduced to nearly 2000mm. This creates 40% more space for warehouse storage rather than aisles. Depending on the size of the warehouse product, Unit Load AS/RS and Mini Load AS/RS can be engineered.
The stacker crane consists of a horizontal driving device, vertical lifting device, and telescopic fork. The main body adopts a stable reinforced dual-mast structure. Use QR code precise positioning control in both horizontal and vertical directions. The whole machine has innovative design, fast driving speed, high positioning accuracy, and low noise.
