Installation Instructions
Securely connect one row of MK bracing brackets inside columns at terminal positions, and two rows on both sides of columns for intermediary sections.
Vertically position columns into the MK fixing base, attach using M20x40 bolts with a torque recommendation of 86~103N.M.
Level the bases with metal leveling plates if necessary, drilling holes and securing with M10x160 anchors with recommended torque set at 50 MN.
Attach the arm firmly to the column with safety pins ф29x140.
Align arms according to specified heights and distribution as depicted in the project blueprint.

A: We typically require a 30% T/T deposit after confirmation, with the 70% balance paid against the bill of lading. Lead times are normally 10-20 days after the deposit is received.

A: We primarily ship via sea freight and provide updates once the destination port is known. We are happy to work with your designated shipping agent to arrange delivery.

A: The process follows: Design drawing → Drawing confirmation → Quotation → Proforma Invoice (PI) → PI confirmation → 30% deposit → Manufacture → QC inspection → Balance payment → Shipping.
Q: Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: We do not have a strict MOQ limitation, but pricing is more competitive for larger quantities. We recommend at least one 20ft container (approx. 15 tons) for regular products to optimize shipping costs.
Q: How do you handle tooling fees for new molds?
A: Tooling costs are charged before the first order for opening a new mold. These costs can be partially or fully refunded once a certain quantity of orders is reached.
